Lesson 5
Coordination abilities
Alexandr Kochkin
The skill of a technical game directly depends on the coordination abilities of a person. In order for basic coordination skills to help you master tennis technique, it is important to work on them on the court. In this lesson we develop agility, orientation in space, a sense of rhythm, reaction, balance, plyometrics, differentiation and coordination of movements.
